Lets start this off a little Christmassy..
1. What is your favourite Christmas
movie/s?
My all-time favourite is The
Holiday. It’s a perfect mix of Christmas, romance and a little comedy – easy to
watch and you can’t help but smile! I also quite enjoy The Grinch, and the
classic Miracle on 34th Street - what a magical film! I also really enjoy listening to all the cheesy Christmas music, it really gets me feeling festive!
2. Do you open your presents on
Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?
Christmas morning. My sister would
always be the first one up and made sure everyone was downstairs as soon as
possible! This year we will be going to my mums to open our presents.
3. Do you have a favourite
Christmas memory?
One year my mum and dad tricked us
by only leaving out oranges and a note to say Santa had left a key under dad’s
pillow. The key was for the main lounge, where the whole room was full of
presents! Every child’s dream.
4. Favourite festive food?
Apart from Christmas dinner?
Trimmings. From the stuffing to those little piggy’s wrapped in blankets, the
extras you don’t get with normal roasts! Oh, and Nana’s trifle.. (I’m not much
of a fan of Christmas pud!)
5. Favourite Christmas gift?
I don’t think I could actually
narrow it down to just one. My mum is such a fantastic present buyer; I don’t
think I’ve ever been disappointed! A few years ago Miles bought me the most
beautiful pink Swarovski crystal heart necklace (I’m actually wearing it right
now)

Even Hugo takes some time off.. Haha! |
6. Favourite Christmas scent?
I quite like the smell of the
Christmas tree! Those delicious candles that smell of spiced apples and
cinnamon. Oh, and of course Christmas dinner cooking, mmm…
7. Do you have any Christmas Eve
traditions?
Before becoming a mummy, my friends
and I would usually go out and celebrate on Christmas Eve. But now it’s just
family time, relaxing, watching Christmas TV, eating nibbles and perhaps a
little wine!
8. What tops your tree?
A very beautiful, sparkly angel!
9. What's the best part about
Christmas for you?
Spending time with my favourite
people, eating more food than is possibly normal for any other day of the year,
and watching everyone open their presents. This year will be Macie’s first
proper Christmas (she was only 4 months old last year) and I cannot wait to
watch her open her presents and eat her first Christmas dinner.. How exciting!
What are your favourite things
about Christmas?
Georgina
